These are the catalysts for change in our health & wellness. When utilizing frequencies to heal and sync up the body, you would see dynamic shifts into the positive. We cannot see energy in this state and so it is hard for many to comprehend. Find out how sound waves, light waves and more bring major shifts in your bodies alignment and balance. In this course, we will go through 4 different lessons to understand this thought process.

Holistic Athlete 101
Identify, learn and implement the 8 pillars of wellness into your athletes routine In order to perform at their best, we must be firing on all cylinders. That means we must dig into pillars and ensure they are balanced and strong. 8 Pillars of Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Nutritional, Environmental, Financial and Academic. Each day we are faced with 1,000’s of inputs affecting our body, mind and soul daily. In order to maintain our efficiencies and effectiveness like a car or a furnace, we must be mindful of what we put in and what is affecting the systems, while also releasing and rebalancing like a tune up. In addition to the tuneups, we must create the most efficient systems that keep “You” the athlete running efficiently and affectively.

In this in depth course, we will go beyond those basics and move into the depths of hormones, hydration, flexibility, mobility, stability, ability, agility, physical movement to move energy and so much more. Each pillar goes into depth beyond what you might think.
